We have worked in the aluminium window and door manufacturing industry for over 12 years now (why I don’t know I must be mad). We have tried many other programs like Star front, RA and others, none of which live up to the Bizman program.

Some of the things we like are:

1) The easiest and quickest to use by far.

2) Definitely the most flexible allowing for your own personal details, way of  manufacturing, profiles, costing pricing and many more.

3) The support team and online help is surely their best feature of all.

4) The picture layout looks very professional and our customers have commented on it.

Currently we are using the program for material ordering and factory cutting lists and can’t wait to use the full extent of the program.

So well done to the Bizman team, keep up the good work.

I consider myself to be tech savvy. In my previous job I was part of a development team within Vodacom, responsible for building applications for online customers. Since then I have moved on and now find myself a user of an application, Bizmantools.

I have been using Bizmantools for a couple of months now and here are my thoughts.

The user interface is sleek, clean and clutter free with just enough information being displayed at any time.

The software is intelligent enough to guide you or alert you when you about to do something which is not according to regulations.

All aluminium profiles and glass have certain restriction or limitations, the software knows this and will guide you when you attempt to exceed the limits. For example using the right mullion for the job or when you exceeding the glass limits of 6.38 safety glass and you need to change to 8.38 safety glass. These are but just a few awesome tricks Bizmantools have to offer.

The way you build your products in Bizmantools, windows, doors or shopfronts is as simple as riding a bicycle. Simply select your outer fame and divide the area into the sections you require and then add your fixes and openers, it’s that simple, you need to see it to believe it. Bizmantools caters for both novice users and the more advanced users. Knowledge of the aluminium industry is a prerequisite in order to use the software but you don’t need to be an expert, if you are it makes using the software even better.

Once you have added all the products to the quote you are able to convert it to a PDF document. An absolutely stunning visual display of the products created with a description, price, discount and final amount. It’s like a breath of fresh air. The quotes are completely customisable allowing you to add your company logo, address, contact information, terms and conditions and so much more.

These are the words of an actual customer “Faeez, after speaking to you and seeing your quote, I have no further questions; your quote is so detailed”.

The support in Bizmantools is so 21st century. These days we have gotten so accustomed to tools like Dropbox, Facebook, Instagram, Team Viewer and it’s nice to see that the developers of Bizmantools have incorporated Team Viewer into the software.  Once you have logged your support ticket via an email or the Bizmantools website you will be contacted by the support staff, literally within minutes, if needed they connect to your PC via a Team Viewer session and simply resolve your issue or educate you with some light training if it was in fact a user issue lol. If it’s a limitation of the software they note it and work really hard to include a fix in the next update.

The software is always evolving and the developers are always looking at ways to enhance Bizmantools. When updates become available you get a notification as soon as Bizmantools is launched, you see images illustrating exactly what the enhancements are. Click update and you done in minutes!

This is definitely by far one of the best applications I have come across in ages, its light weight, fast, user friendly and by far years ahead of its competition!

Using Bizmantools has improved my productivity by allowing me to push out quotes quicker and giving me more time to focus on the operational tasks.

It really feels like the Bizmantools team not only cares about the software but also cares about the people using their software.

If I have to give you one sentence on Bizmantools, then it’s this, “it just simply works”

Baie dankie aan Bizman mense n wonderlike program.
Kliente vir ons die sketse stuur is baie tevrede om te kan sien hoe hulle vensters en deur gaan lyk.
Ons het n persoon wat nou besig is met opleiding om die kwotasies ook te kan doen op Bizman en ons dink dat n n groot voordeel sal wees vir ons
besigheid on die kwotasies ook op Bizman te kan doen en sodoende baie tyd te spaar.
Bizman word elke dag net beter en beter. Probleme word baie vinnig opgelos deur Bizman span en sodoende voorkom hulle baie probleme.
